And Uzebekistan?
This is about all I know about this reported discovery:
Archaeologists have discovered a series of ancient pyramids in Uzbekistan.
The hidden structures are 15 metres high and believed to be up to 2,700 years old.
The BBC reports they were found in remote mountain gorges in the south of the country.
Archaeologists say they're similar to Egyptian pyramids, but their faces are flat instead of stepped.
The pyramids were found in the Kashkadarya and Samarkand regions of Uzbekistan.
Experts believe their isolation probably stopped them being taken apart for building materials.

And Inner Mongolia
I have no idea if these are related to the other pyramids of Eurasia:
Pyramid Built 5000 years ago Found in Inner Mongolia
A three-story pyramid dating 5000 years back has been discovered in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
The pyramid, which looks like a trapezoidal hill from afar, is located on a hill one kilometer north of Sijiazi Town, Aohan County. The pyramid is about 30 meters long and 15 meters wide at its base.
This is considered the best-preserved pyramid built during the Hongshan Culture period that has been found so far, said Guo Dasun, an archaeologist in charge of the excavation.
Seven tombs and one altar were also found on the top of the pyramid. Archaeologists also discovered a number of pottery pieces with the asterisk character inscribed on the inner wall. The asterisk character is believed to be related to the understanding of ancient people on astrology.
Among the culture relics excavated from one of the seven tombs are a bone flute and a stone ring and a full- sized stone statue of Goddess unearthed from another tomb.
What astonished the archeologists is a one palm-sized stone genital found on the inner wall of a tomb with a small stone statue of Goddess below.
Guo Dasun said that most of these relics are found for the first time and will shed light on studying the origin of Chinese civilization.

The Nubians had some structures too.

The Guanches of the Canary Islands made pyramids.
They are extremely similar to those built by the Mayas.
I got Haplogroup A. And my matrilineal family is from the Canary Islands.
So I wonder if there was any pre-discovery exchange between the Guanches and the Mayas (or other American Indians). Of not only genetics, but also discoveries such as pyramids.

Sure is funny how these pyramid things pop up all over the place.
You have to wonder where such ideas come from? I mean people just don't wake up and say.."Hey..Let's build a pyramid" Or do they?
Maybe it's like an anthill to ants? A termite Mound to Termites? Maybe we just have the desire to build towering things.
Blocks stack well. if you keep stacking the blocks you will get your pyramid. The masons provide the expertise.
I don't know when people started playing with rock-blocks. i'd assume stone was used for dwellings walls and progressed to things like Henges, temples, and the mighty pyramids of the world. If the pyramid has a platform it was probably used for something. Probably ritual or public address, or both.
If South American and Carary Island people knew each other, they might have had other similarities if they are going to adopt their Pyramid style?
I would guess that they are similar because I feel it is the the natural way to stack stone blocks.

MO'Connor has it right-andyou don't even need blocks. Every 6 year old kid on a beach discovers the pyramid.
However if we examine the ceremonial pyramids, the mode of construction and orientation, and especially any inscriptions, may establish a cultural identity or interconnection.
IMH, there may be numerous culture groups with a localised pyramid style, not necessarily connected with any others, except by the basic discovery of how gravity treats a heap.
