  • Problem transferring Geno 2.0 results to existing FTDNA account..

    My Geno 2.0 results came in 2 days ago. I have repeatedly tried to transfer those results into my existing FTDNA account. It recognizes the Geno 2.0 kit number and tells me to log into my FTDNA account. I enter the FTDNA kit number and password and it tells me I am logged in as kit #(blank space). From that page I can't access the Geno 2.0 results or existing FTDNA results. I can log in on the normal FTDNA results page and see my old FTDNA results but nothing from Geno 2.0. This seems to be a system glitch. How do I get the Geno 2.0 results properly transferred?

    Please email Customer Support. Sounds like they'll need to report the issue to IT for resolution.
