    I have three SNPs from a Geno result.They are 11242G, 12171T and
    16192G. Does anyone know which subgroup they belong in?

    C11242g is the SNP for T2b2

    downstream A12171G and C16192T are listed under T2b2b1

    This phylotree hasn't been updated since September 2012 so you might have a better idea with the jamesclick link instead.
