    Hi JTR,

    First, the GenoChip only tests about 20% of all mtDNA SNPs. If there are more than defining SNPs for a subclade, it may only test for one. Then there's the problem of reading the GenoChip results. Beyond me at the moment.

      Actually those are all the ones on Phylo Tree 15 starting with H and leading to my Hg H6a13ba which is terminal at this point. I guess I had it easy. They do not list any more SNPs - unless I don't understand.
