I was asking about the progress of my own order. I placed my order on July 31st and it still says 'In Process'!
It took about a week to get my Kit after ordering it. What's up with that?
I placed my order Oct.12th and have already mailed it off a week ago.

From what I got from the man on customer service is that they only shipped out some kits and will release the rest at the start of next week.

Where do you live? Maybe that has something do do with it - I live in Cali.

According to an email I received, my sample was used in the testing and development of the Geno 2.0. Therefore, I automatically will (or already have) Geno 2.0 results and will not need to order a kit. Of course, this is FABULOUS news. However, I am not sure whether the message pertained to my DNA or my father's DNA. (I manage my father's account. We both had GP testing and maximum FTDNA testing (except not WTY). I have not yet been able to secure an answer and so am unable to order a kit until I find out. I am also wondering how I will be able to access the results. Does anyone happen to know?

Hi Aidan
According to a post on another forum:
Some international kits come from the UK and some kits have been shipped!

Though I do know (from reading posts on 23andMe) that people from other parts of the world have their status as shipped, so it's strange that they haven't shipped mine yet. I suppose if they're out of kits there's nothing I can do about it. Hopefully by this time next week it will have been shipped.
