The results of 67 STR-values on my Y are already known. Will Geno 2.0 increase that number or tell me anything I still don't know about my STR's?

No. The chip-based method of testing (used by 23andMe, Ancestry.com, ScotlandDNA, and FT-DNAs Family Finder) is not capable of reading the STR markers. They are simply SNP based tests.
What the Geno 2.0 project will do is refine your Y Haplogroup plus give you a decent mtDNA Haplogroup plus thousands of autosomal SNPs (which can be used to determine to a certain degree your ancestral background).
