Someone will take the cash and run for sure, Are we having fun yet?
Just who owns this place, and check the harris county , Texas websight for
Property Taxes and find out who owns the building. Contact the Owner and see who is renting the place.
See if there is someone in the Houston, Police Dept, Harris County Sheriffs dept. looking into scams. Then you can contact the postal department/ they use the Mail for this scam. Finally a call to the FBI might turn into something.
What a rip off.
