Differences most likely due to different naming conventions as there is a limited set of population references - everyone uses them. Are South Balts the stand-in for East Europeans, generally?

    Hi,
I've seen many different 3rd party sites mentioned here and elsewhere that you can use to explore your FTDNA autosomal data. I understand how to read some (I think) but others leave me perplexed!
I've had a go with the Gedmatch Dodecad/Eurogenes admixture tools but they seem to give different scores for what appear to be essentially the same groups eg Baltic/Eastern European I get 3% South Baltic with Eurogenes but then 14% Eastern European with Dodecad
I didn't know if one used more samples than the other, or one was ancient scores the other recent etc.
Any help would be gratefully received!
    Thanks.
