Possibly another interesting result for me. 6 years ago I fractured my spine in 4 places (2 in the lumbar region), testing led to the diagnosis of severe osteoporosis, since then I have followed and added to my daily physical exercise regime but the one pain I have not been able to get rid off is in the lumbar region.
