I just came across mention on Eurogenes' site of PaintMyChromosomes.com, which features the tools ChromoPainter, fineStructure and ChromoCombine. Has anyone ever used these? Are they any different than the admixture tools on Gedmatch?

Dienekes has recently done a few runs with those tools (see his entries on the Dodecad blog from January 2012 with "fastIBD" in the title).

These tools are for those running their own BGA and can be used for finding IBD/IBS segments. The tools appear to be much more efficient then prior tools with various projects (Dodecad, Eurogenes MDL) all starting to use these tools.
