  • How to find database?!

I have had a few emails saying there are matches of my mitachondrial dna - but the link just takes me to the log-in page of Family tree - there does not seem to be a way of finding the database. I have clicked every button but just get nowhere. I have used the search facility and got nowhere. Help!

After you log in, locate the the mtDNA section in the left-hand margin and click on Matches. There is no way to access the whole database.

Just to make clearer what Ann has posted, every FTDNA customer has a personal account with various pages for results, matches, joining projects, etc. You have to log into your account, with your kit number and assigned password, to access information about your results and matches.
