1st: Where can I find FTDNA's list of fast mutating markers? I've looked everywhere, but can't find them listed.

2nd: When it says "...within the genealogical time frame." How long is that?

1st: Where can I find FTDNA's list of fast mutating markers? I've looked everywhere, but can't find them listed.

The Wikipedia article: List of DYS markers, has mutation rates. Like any information there, its veracity is subject to dispute, but citations are linked in the table, for easy reference.

2nd: When it says "...within the genealogical time frame." How long is that?

They're not referring to any specific amount of time, just comparing it to an anthropological time frame, say hundreds vs. thousands of years.
