What is Y25 to Y37 Upgrade Price?

Does anybody know what is the upgrade price from YDNA-25 to YDNA37? A friend of mine is asking. I would check myself, but since I have already upgraded to 37 markers, the 25-37 upgrade option no longer shows up on my personal FTDNA page.

My notes indicate $ 69. for an individual and $ 59. for a member of a FTDNA Surname Project.
