  • Anybody have a list of all the yDNA sites available?

    It seems there are quite a few sites, besides FTDNA and ysearch, where you can add your yDNA allele values and then see any matches. Does anyone have a comprehensive list of them? Thanks!

      ybase at DNA Heritage.

      The above all use the same 43 markers which are slightly different to FTDNA, With a FTDNA 37 marker test you shoud have about 32 comparable markers.

        You could add genetree.com to the list as well.

          http://yhrd.org -- an anonymous population database, with fewer markers but more geographic coverage than the genealogy databases
