Can anyone help me understand my Y-DNA results?

So, I got my Y-DNA 67 markers plus mtDNA test done, and I would like to know if anyone could help me understanding my results. I got R1b1b2/R-M269, and I calculated some of the mutation matches on the HaploTree, here it goes (some of these I did out of curiosity, by the way):

1. England: 163 matches
2. Scotland: 154 matches
3. Ireland: 82 matches
4. Germany: 68 matches
5. Spain: 43 matches
6. France: 33 matches
7. Sweden: 15 matches
8. Italy: 14 matches
9. Denmark: 12 matches
10. Poland: 10 matches
11. Switzerland: 10 matches
12. Wales: 9 matches
13. Iceland: 5 matches
14. Norway: 5 matches
15. Hungary: 4 matches
16, Russia: 4 matches
17. Portugal: 4 matches
18. Indonesia: 4 matches
19. Native American: 3 matches
20. Uyghur: 2 matches
21. Iran: 2 matches

I would like to know if the mutation matches means that I have ancestry from these regions, I am specially interested in the Uyghur (which was R1b1), Indonesian (M1a) and Native American results (Q1a3a).

For starters, ignore any "match" that doesn't exactly match your known haplogroup. Then order the SNP test(s) you need to determine your exact subclade. If you haven't already done so, you should also join whatever projects you'd like, starting with the suggested ones on your personal homepage, especially those associated with your haplogroup.

When you say SNP, you mean the DYS values right?

Also according to ySearch (did not test the deep sub-clade R yet), I am R1b1b2a1b4c I think (through analysis with other matches).

Hi,

If your YDNA is R1b1b2/R-M269, then your matches would be R1b1b2/R-M269. You're not related along your YDNA line to Q1a3a or M1a.
If you are looking for ethnic admixture, then that is a different type of dna test that FTDNA doesn't do.

No, SNPs determine subclades -they're completely different than the DYS values. But if you're getting a lot of matches on ySearch that belong in the particular subclade you cited, then there's a possibility that you belong to it based on haplotype similarity (DYS values). However, you won't know for sure unless you have the SNP tests you need.

R1b is a huge haplogroup with many subclades. If you haven't already, take a look at this article:

As Vinne said above, you need to be deep clade tested to confirm what you are. There are various claims about Celtic this and Celtic that. As far as I know, when it comes to a Celtic haplogroup, nobody knows anything for sure ... yet.
