    New Match?

    I received an email from FTDNA today stating they had found a match on HVR1 and 2. When I went to my matchs page I saw only the same old info that has been there since the beginning (November). Are they simply slow in posting this information or is something amiss?

    Are you managing more than one account?

    I don't even get those e-mail notices any more.

      Do you have multiple levels of matches you can toggle on or off like for the yDNA matches? I can view or not view 12, 25, 37 and 67 marker matches depending on how I have the matches configured.

          What I see on my matches screen is all there is. Here it is:

          LOW RESOLUTION (HVR1) MATCHES(2)
          Name E-mail
          (name and email removed)
          (name and email removed)

          HIGH RESOLUTION (HVR1+HVR2) MATCHES (1)
          Name E-mail
          (name and email removed)

          FULL GENOMIC SEQUENCE MATCH (0)
          No matches were found.

            Not that you intended to do something wrong, but posting other people's names and e-mail addresses without their permission is a no-no. That's an invasion of their privacy.
