  • What furthest downstream R1b1b2 SNP is most common in the WAMH?

This is a simple question I haven't been able to find the answer to, maybe I haven't been looking hard enough? I know that usually just modal haplotypes cross several parallel clades due to their similarity, I wanted to know which subclade the western atlantic modal haplotype points to, or if any subclade would be equally likely to belong to it in R1b1b2?

WAMH shows up across the board in R1b1b2, I believe, but I would guess it is most common in R-P312* (R1b1b2a2*).

      Thanks Stevo,

Are there any one off deviations in the 12 marker WAMH that would point to another subclade in particular as well?

        Maybe non-U106 with 390=23?

I think many clusters, like the Scots Modal and the various Irish clusters, are pretty close to WAMH.
