Crs / Crs 16519

Hello ;When I was originally tested (MtDNA ) I had results of CRS on HVR1, recently I had 16519 C + CRS reported. My match list has grown considerably & completely changed,. Is the 16519C addition( being a volatile mutation ) make for more accurate matches or not really a good indicator of relationships , however distant ?. Thank you, KAT .
