    Like on any of the kings of Judah, judges, or patriarchs, etc.?

    Not to my knowledge because the three traditional "known" tombs - David's in Jerusalem, Rachel's on the road to Bethlehem, and Abraham & Sarah's in Hebron have never been historically verified as the resting places of those people. Even if they were to be verified, the testing would most likely never be done because of the enormous religious significance to the tombs, and the resulting (violent?) protest that would likely ensue if scientists tried to disturb the remains.
