Question: do previous haplogroup descriptions still ring true in light of this new chart?

For example, I went from Q to Q1, and the Wikipedia entry on Q says that Q1 is "found at low frequency among Chinese, Koreans, Dungans, and Hazara"--but I assume this is from before the update in the tree. Is it still correct? If it isn't, is there a resource for the updated descriptions?

ISOGG have links to the previous Haplogroup trees for comparison, 2006 and 2007.
The new Q Tree also has additions and corrections listed since 2007, towards the bottom of the page.
I cant say anything on Q itself, as I no nothing about it.
