    Why would anyone want your DNA sample sent to the lab, FTDNA or Ancestry DNA or any other of the labs doing DNA testing for genealogy. Who collected the sample from you? Who delivered it to the lab? Who can verify that the sample at the lab is really yours? NO ONE! Therefore it is of value to no one other than you.

    If you want to be afraid of something, be afraid of your shadow. That would make more sense.
