I'm sorry this didn't work-out for you but there are other options.

The few results you posted suggest you only did FTDNA's Autosomal Panel One. You might also do Panel Two and test your mother for both Panels. You can readilly deduce your paternal autosomal markers by the comparison of your and your mother's results.

Same is true for FTDNA's two X-STR Panels.

I have heard FTDNA 'plans' to have a public, searchable db for X and Autosomal, but the results can be posted now, for free, on Xmatch and Amatch at: www.dna-fingerprint.com

Neither you nor your mother need to post your personal results, you need only post the deduced results for your unknown father.

Update

I have found the person who may be my true biological father and he is receptive to DNA testing He was quite shocked to get the call from me 34 years after the fact and barely has any memory of my mother, but he's being great about everything.

I will be meeting with him later this month to complete the test and by the end of the year, I will know if he is in fact my biological father.

I have ordered a test from a company who specializes in Paternity testing and offers a 5-business day turnaround on test results.
