  • Missing results on new webpages

    Hi,

Has anyone noticed if their mtDNA mutations and X STR results are appearing on their personal pages.
    Mine have disappeared.

Ive emailed FTDNA, and await a reply and my results listed again.

I had just received results of advanced Y-DNA tests and they have disappeared. Maybe the new page isn't quite finished?

      Hi
I noticed the same thing and also e-mailed Catherine..
Darn..I just got some new results and now I can't do anything with them as I can't see them. The DXYS156 and some other Xs...I guess that it is not finished yet..
Wonder why it was changed..it would be NICE if they put DNA-FP interactive on this site along with more explanations..maybe that is what they are shooting for?

        Results still AWOL

Every since this new webpage design has been in action my mtDNA mutations and X STR results have been playing up.
Oneday they are there, the next few days they disappear, then come back and are now missing again.

I have looked at 4 personal pages of my family and we are all missing our mtDNA mutations and 2 of us are missing our X STRs.

I have had two replies from FTDNA saying sorry for the inconvience. IT will fix it. The fix does not seem to last.

I have also noticed that I cannot view project webpages via the "View Project" icon on the personal page.

Is anyone else still missing results, or having problems??
yDNA and y advanced results seem ok.

I could not find my Y or Mtdna results either. I have not written to anyone yet, but I was kind of shocked when I saw nothing. The only thing there are my Y and mt haplogroups, nothing else. Only hg H and hg R1b1c, but no numbers.

            My stuff looks OK

I had some trouble locating this and that. But so far everything seems to be there for me.

Well today I seem to be fine but last week on more than one occasion it was not OK.I e-mailed 2 different people, and then followed up with 2 telephone calls..I was told it was my "cookies" and then I also changed to Firefox thinking that would help.. it did not..
Ashley Coursey helped the most and I am OK now..
I DID see that they have hired a new person to be Web Manager or Specialist or something so hopefully it will be OK...

I am HOPING it means bigger and better things are coming..

I noticed when the new format was adopted that sometimes my data would load up and sometimes there would be no data. I would just exit and then re-enter my pages again and voila, my data would magicaly reappear. I guess the program is still buggy.
