FTDNA does test for DYS444 and DYS446, both as part of the upgrade from 37 to 67 markers and as individual markers in the advanced test menu. If you order them as individual markers, each is $6.20, plus for a first-time order from that menu there is a $15 fee. The other ones you mention above are not on any FTDNA test menu.

Some of those in YSTR 18 at Ethnoancestry are part of the FTDNA upgrade from 37 to 67 markers - 406S1, 481, 487, 490, 531, 578, 594 and 641. However, none of those are available at FTDNA as individual markers on the advanced tests menu.
