The results for the remainder of my 67 markers are in as of today, however, the panel numbers for 37-67 do not match up although they did for 1-37. Am I doing something incorrectly?
Athey's predictor is actually meant for FTDNA's 37 markers, plus about 26 markers from other sources. Frankly, at 67 markers, your best predictor is simply your nearest neighbors on Ysearch. Have you uploaded your new markers to Ysearch yet? What is your Ysearch username?

My Y search ID is 9epze- I have no known close neighbors. I am also finding out that I am probably not a member of the family that I thought. Is it also possible that I could be a differenc of 26 with someone (whom I thought was in my lineage)and still have the same Haplogroup? He is R1b, I am R1b1 (we think). Things are becoming clearly muddled for me.

Cheers.
It's quite possible that you can have a genetic distance of over 20, at 67 markers, and still be in the same haplogroup. I think my closest neighbors at 66 markers are a GD of 20 or 21, but they're all still R1b, just as I am.
