  • A widow's peak--Genetically researched?

    wikipedia says:
A widow's peak is a descending V-shaped point in the middle of the hairline (above the forehead). The trait is inherited genetically and dominant

    My Question is:
Was this visible variation of the Headregion ever genetically researched?

Sorry. This question maybe does not belong here.
I am especially interessted in one thing.

    Do women have "widow's peaks"?
I never have seen one with a widow's peak.

I have one. I have seen alot of women with them. They can vary in size. Most are fairly small like mine. I have seen a couple of women where it reaches half way down the forehead. If a female has bangs, then it is hidden. Where do you live that you've never seen a widows peak? Maybe you just never noticed it, especially if it is small.

I too have a small widow's peak! No one knew where I got it from, but it's here and though small, rather distinct. I like it! Smile! :-)
