I haven't been on here for awhile due to life. Anyway, I manage my Brother, Dad's and Aunt's kits. When I was on here before, it showed my brother and I matching my Dad but now it doesn't. Any explanation for that?

Did you perhaps change any settings in your father's account in the past? Check his Privacy and Sharing settings to make sure they are set for what you want them to be.
