Hi,
I know this has probably been posted, but I can't find it....how do you work out Omnipop scores as percentages? Do you do it by each allele or each allele pair?
You have to attribute an ancestry to each allele. Each ancestry-attributed-allele has a value of <4 so that 26 sum to 100.
My scores between Omnipop/ABDNA/DNATribes are about the same. I did my update today. I would compare this data to my first 32 grandparents as I have done before. Update two agrees with update one and the original but do not converge. However, some regional data seems to cross geographical boundaries.
