Do I Need to Retest?

About a week ago I received another test, which I didn't order with the same number as the first test. The information inside was just like the first time and it was for the mtDNAPlus test, which is what I ordered originally.
Does this mean I need to retest? I know I didn't receive my migration chart with the first results.

Same reply I gave you in my private e-mail exchange with you: I'll check with the lab tomorrow morning why we were asked to send a new kit.
