There are several DNA tests that can show Native American ancestry.
The DNAPrint Ancestry by DNA 2.5 purports to show percentages of admixture from four broad populations - European, Asian, Sub-Saharan African and Native American. This is a test of autosomal SNP's.
Another autosomal DNA test that can indicate American Indian ancestry is the DNATribes. This is a test of autosmal STR's.
Either a patriline Y-DNA test or a matriline Mt-DNA test can indicate American Indian descent from a direct male or female forebear.
None of these tests will indicate tribal affiliation nor are DNA results recognized by American Indian tribes for purposes of membership.
However, if your results on either of the patriline or matriline DNA tests yield a haploype that matches that of the few Native American tribes recognized to have a distinctive tribal haplotype, Trace Genetics with one of the largest of Native American DNA database, should be able to name your likely tribal affiliation.

What could mean a 3 step mutation R1b1-Athabascan(Alaska-European admixture). It's probably far back in time?
Thanks.

NAS,
Are you asking if an Athabascan Native Y could mutate to a R1b1 in 3 steps? I am not qualified to answer the question. You might try the Ysearch forum for an answer.
The usual reply when a poster gets an Mt- or Y-DNA result in conflict with known family history or lore regarding Native ancestry is to test the other line to see if the Native ancestry descended along that line. And, if that comes out negative to try an autosomal test.
