  • What does no HVR1, HVR2, And Coding Region Matches mean

I did a full sequence myDNA and no HVR1, HVR2, And Coding Region Matches came up on my ancestral origins page. Does this mean no one is in the database with DNA mutations similar to mine? Haplogroup T2e.

    Thanks

They are different portions of the mtDNA. Full Sequence includes all three portions so it looks for matches on all three portions:

Coding region is a closer match than the others, and HVR2 is a closer match than HVR1. If you have no matches on any of them, you don't have any mtDNA matches yet.
