Y-DNA AuotosomalTransfer

One of my cousins took a FT Y-DNA 12 test back in 2005, followed up with a Y-DNA 25 in 2006. In 2016 he upgraded to a Y-DNA 37, and in 2017 took a Y-DNA 67 test. On his Order History there is a notation "Free Autosomal Transfer" Ordered Batch 0. We have tried to transfer his data, using the Family Finder "transfer Upload " link which takes us to a My Heritage link. At this stage we have been unsuccessful in uploading his data. Any help would be much appreciated.

Where is his autosomal DNA results from? When did he test there?

As far as I am aware all his tests have been with FT DNA, as outlined in my first post.

I assume, therefore, you have autosomal results from MyHeritage. I was just trying to verify that.
