So, I posted earlier on this forum about a brick wall that I was trying to solve for a "mystery" ancestor.
A relative who is a direct male-line descendant of this ancestor took a 37 marker Y-DNA test. He has 9 matches total. Two of these matches occur at a genetic distance of 2. The surnames of those two matches are Tribble and Pribble. Is it probable that they are directly related to my ancestor? If so, how could I continue to break down this brick wall?
Thank you.
