Help me understand this match.

I cannot find Y-DNA matches profiles that match me. This is best I can find.

I have the following match:

Y-DNA Haplogroup
R-FGC5494 (I match with this Haplogroup).

I tested at Y-DNA111 and I match with a person at:
Y-DNA37 - 4 step
Y-DNA67 - 7 step
No matches other levels.

Any comments or guidance?

Has your 33/37-60/67 match tested to Y111?

Is he your only match?

Yes, but not a match.

Is he your only match?
Not my only Y-DNA match but the closest, all others are only at the Y-DNA12 and Y-DNA25 level.

If he does not match at Y111 I think the chances of being related in a genealogical time frame are low.
