When did you place your order?
Did you receive the kit from FTDNA for collecting the sample?
Did you collect the DNA sample and send it back to FTDNA? If so when?
Have you singed into the website FTDNA created for you when you placed your order? If so does it show they have received your kit? If so when? -

Hi Jim, our autosomal DNA was made in 2014. And this year we upgraded our mtDNA plus in 2017. We paid the value in 17.04.2017. And my admin told me that the result is ready until July, and now they told us, 14-24. August, 2017!
I don't understand what happened?

It is possible they sent out for an additional sample, if for some reason the stored DNA was not okay.
If so, you should have received it if your current address is the one listed (and has been since you ordered). On the other hand, occasionally, mail goes astray.
You might call to find out if that happened/make sure it did not happen since when they do send out for additional sample collection they do not indicate that in any way on the Order History nor in an e-mail to you.Comment
