  • Which Raw Data to upload to My Heritage

I would like to upload my raw data to My Heritage. Their site does not specify which file to use.

FTDNA appears to have several different "raw" files:
    Build 36 Raw Data Concatenated
    Build 37 Raw Data Concatenated

    Build 36 Autosomal Raw Data
    Build 37 Autosomal Raw Data

Build 36 X Chromosome Raw Data
Build 37 X Chromosome Raw Data

Which "raw" file should be uploaded? I'm guessing Build 37 Raw Data Concatenated. Please help!

Also, does anyone know if Ancestry will accept FTDNA raw data at a reduced cost,so I don't have to pay/take the test from scratch? It looks like FTDNA accepts Ancestry and 23andme, but I can't find anything for the reverse.

MyHeritageDNA accepted my upload from FTDNA's concatenated build 37.

AncestryDNA does not currently accept uploads from anywhere else.

LivingDNA might accept uploads from FTDNA in the future.

Kevin, Can I ask how long it took from upload to get your results on breakdown of Ancestry? I uploaded yesterday and it was accepted and said it was in progress now it has my file number but no info. Is it a few days?

      Thx
