  • Managing multiple kits

Fairly new to Familytree. I am managing both my brother's Y37 kit and my autosomal transfer kit. I want to somehow link his kit to the family tree I've uploaded under the account associated with my kit. Is there some way to "merge" the management of these 2 kits into one account and link them both to the same tree? Thanks so much.

FTDNA works by having one account per person. You can't have results for different people in one account. If you have genealogy software that produced the file you uploaded to your account, you can probably similarly create a .ged file for him and upload it to his account.

Thanks. I was afraid that was the case. I was hoping not to have to manage multiple trees, but I can cope.
