I get a pile with around 40 people at chromosome 1 between position 68 Mio and 75 Mio and an other with other 40 people at position 154 Mio-162 Mio. These are fragments of around 7-9 CM. Does anybody know if these are excess IBD regions? If not, how interpret these pile-ups?
