Origins results changing

Last evening when I received my results my origins showed 83% European and 18% North American. I just looked at it again, and now its shows that I am 90% European and 10% North American. Why would the results change in a 24hr period? It makes me question how valid these results really are.

Something similar changed with a relative's results - initially no Eastern Europe and then the next day there was 5%. It didn't change again after that.

If they noticed an algorithm/computational error in a batch of new results, that batch would be rerun through the MyOrigin software.

Results may also change in the future when they update their reference populations used.
