Chrom Browser - Identical Blocks Matched

I'm just starting to work with the chromosome browser and comparing groups of my matches. So far, I've found a number of my matches who have the exact beginning and ending block of matching DNA on certain chromosomes. Is this unusual? What insight, if any, does this give me? Thanks.
