No. You would have to purchase a Y-DNA test to determine your haplogroup, or a mitochondrial DNA test if you want to determine your mother's haplogroup, assuming you are a male.

You failed to tell us how many Y-DNA markers you already have. You didn't tell us your predicted Haplogroup.

Adding your Ancestry Autosomal DNA will not change your Y-DNA Haplogroup.

Have you joined the Y-DNA Haplogroup Project for your predicted Haplogroup?

If you look at your Haplogroup & SNP page FTDNA may show a suggested SNP Pack. Ordering it will refine your Haplogroup.
