YDNA done, found fam, what test next?

Been searching for birth family. I did the YDNA test a while back but stopped my search. I restarted with the help of my niece. She found my paternal line on ancestry.com. I'm in good communication with them & everyone wants to do a DNA test to confirm.
So if I've already done the YDNA test which test should I have my newly found possibly birth family member take? Do I myself need to do a different test?

Also, whom should I have take the test on my paternal side: half sister or Uncle.

The half sister could do Family Finder.

The uncle do either Family Finder or, if he is your father's brother or otherwise in the direct paternal line, one of the Y panels (at least 37 markers).
