If you take a look at you and your brother in Chromosome Browser, you would have three colours: orange (shared DNA), grey (not tested area of the chromosome), navy blue (non-shared DNA, although ignore chromosome ends, they are always navy blue).
Also, one has to remember that any ancestry tool is only an approximation of one's real ancestry. And while sometimes those approximations are very good, sometimes they are not.
