Cannot seem to upgrade male cousin to full mtDNA

I recently tried to upgrade my male (maternal) cousin from the ordinary mtDNA to the Full Sequence mtDNA. However, a message came up saying "mtFull Sequence cannot be added because it already exists or is not allowed" Can anyone advise me re this please? We have a family mystery regarding the birth origins of our maternal grandmother. We thought if we both did the mtDNA tests, then it would be a kind of "pincer movement" to concentrate on the people who are on both sets of results. I have the full mtDNA and receive contacts from this. My male cousin did the ordinary mtDNA test and I am receiving loads of contacts (!) and it really needs to be narrowed down. This is the reason why I thought an upgrade to the Full mtDNA Sequence for him would do this.

Also, in the drop down box saying you have etc., what do the letters m, h, d mean?!

What do you mean by "ordinary mtDNA test"?

What is the actual name of the test in his order history?

Thanks for replying. When I said ordinary mtDNA test I meant just the mtDNA test. I did this test about a year ago and then I upgraded to the Full Sequence mtDNA test. I've just looked back on the Order Summary shown when I ordered this test for my cousin and it is called the mtDNA Plus. Is this the same as the Full Sequence mtDNA?

Very new to this (you have probably guessed!), and would appreciate some guidance re this.

That message may occur simply because the test is already in your shopping cart. (You can't order it twice.)

If the test is already in your shopping cart, simply Proceed to Checkout.

Igmaka - thank you very much!! I looked again at the order box and had been misled by seeing a black x against the amount of 139 dollars. I had thought this meant that I could not order it. Anyway, I took your advice and clicked proceed to payment and...all OK and the test has been ordered!
