One of my matches has this message on the R1a group:

8.ZZZ. "Nordic" results ready for classification - need welcome e-mail

is an action needed by this persons administrator? If so, what do they need to do?

The co-administrator in charge of "Nordic" results needs to assign this kit to a specific category, and send the new member an email, perhaps with a recommendation as to what SNP to order.
