What do the positions in the Raw data represent? They are not the same as the position values in the chromosome browser. If I wanted to look up a position value from the chromosome browser in my raw results, how would I do that? If I wanted to discover the actual values at a position where I match someone, how would I do it in my raw results?

Chromosome browser start stop positions uses Build 36 position.

If you want to compare positions Download and view Build 36 Raw Data, not build 37.

    Edit
The positions represent where that SNP is located on chromosome.
For example chromosome 1 has approximately 247185615 positions, test only tests approx. 59300 positions on each of your chromosome 1 pair (maternal chromosome 1 and paternal chromosome 1)
