After the big update all my matches [25] on 12 marckers have disapeered,anyone know why?

Hmm, the Haplotree update shouldn't have changed your Matches page. Please report this issue to Customer Support so they can check into it:

Disappearing 12 Marker Matches

I have only 12 matches at 12 markers on "entire database" but several dozen in each of the projects I belong to. Reported to support today.

I had three single step matches at 12 markers that vanished and one seven step 67 marker match that appeared after the latest update. The second is notable since I hadn't had any matches above 12 markers before. Of concern is the fact that it claims to be a match that occurred in 2012 which leaves me feeling less than confident.

I now have a notification for new matches on my home page but there are no new ones and most of my 12 marker matches have disappeared when viewing the entire data base. Reported to helpdesk. Kit number 240232.

I wonder if my near match is here or not? I can't sign in. Always something here. Cleared cache and cookies, no go.

Lincoln, I had that problem this morning. I asked them to send me a reset password link and got in that way.

Now if only the pedigree for my newest match would display instead of the Houston page. All my older match gedcoms display fine

Also everything is else is missing, no ancestrial origins,no haplogroup origins,no nothing.

My page keeps showing up decoded in spanish...I think. Not sure what is going on.

I have Sent 3 mails to customer service without a reply and still having massive issues with my account and to top it all off the forum page is now in Spanish.

My problem still isnt fixed and i dont know what to do from here.

Sent numerous emails to customer service without reply.

Any forum moderators kind enough to look up my issue?

Same issues as before,all matches missing,blank on haplogroup origins,and everything else is blank.
