That's just my guess! Another company has issues with breaking up German, and Dutch. And that company doesn't even offer Dutch as a category. And they lump the French and German together, which only partly makes sense. I have also been told that to read German as a category they would have to actually break them into a few different categories of them such as an East/ West/North/South kind of thing. If I remember correctly what Davidski told me once. Though calculators on Gedmatch are able to tease these ancestries out really good for people. Which is weird in a sense speaking of political borders, because people will say Gedmatch calculators are for older admixtures. Oh well. I welcome the change, whatever it is. I don't like my results as you can see them in my signature. The reason I don't like them is because I can literally read into them 3 different ways. I'm a simple person, and I like to keep it as simple as possible.
