I've recently received SNP results back confirming my Haplogroup as I1b. My Y-DNA DYS values of YCA2 A=11, YCA2 B=21, show I'm more closely related to the I1b2 Subclade (which makes up 40% of modern Sardinia) however, my DYS marker 19/394=14 is much lower than the average 17 for this haplotype. I'm wondering if I belong to the I1b2a Subtype instead? Does anyone have any info regarding this rare subclade and what population they have the most hits in?
