Relationship between haplogroups and DNA markers ?

I was recently diagnosed as an R1a1, and also as an M17. Now I understand that the former is a haplogroup and the latter a marker associated with a mutation.

Is there a 1-1 relationship between the two (haplogroup and mutations) and can I find a table with such mappings ?

There's not an official 2005 phylogenetic chart yet but you can take a look at 2002's version.
